ugh okay this is painful let’s try that again

Playing the original Oregon Trail game

I totally just took the cast of my Camp NaNo novel and got on the top 10

Now I’m taking TMI cast members, only there wasn’t enough for six so I’m taking Jace, Clary, Simon, Izzy, and Malec. THEY COUNT AS ONE PERSON, OKAY? They’re just that in love ;3;

So, in case anyone (nobody) is curious…

Synopsis and excerpt from my novel can be found here. I want to put a better excerpt up, but I’m spending a lot of time just kind of babbling and I want to get one up so the one I WANT to use hasn’t been written yet.

So for now be happy with lots of confusing stuff that makes no sense. And Kelsey’s a guy. He was originally created by my friend/rp partner, but we couldn’t really get into their plot. And then I realized that Juniper and Donnika were totally perfect for my novel. But I felt bad for Kelsey so I put him in there too. He’ll be fun.

I don’t know why I made him a robot. But I think it fits.

Also: Title help?

I WILL finish my homework today so I can meet my wordcount

Camp Nanowrimo WILL be easy and fun and a good chance to get this story out of me.

Actually I’m glad it’s Camp, gives me an excuse to sit and just write for a while. I don’t do it enough anymore.

So. My novel. As of now.

Is 50,139 words long.

Yes, I just won my second month of novel writing, though the book itself isn’t finished just yet. I plan on using the next six days and at least 12K more words to get there.

Nevertheless, I am feeling very proud of myself and my book.

Hell yeah. I just won Camp NaNoWriMo six days early.

I’m sorry

I know I haven’t been doing much but reblogging recently (heh, like I don’t do that anyway ><) but I am working very hard on my Camp NaNo novel and when I have spare time I take a break by practicing my digital art (which I swear is therapeutic, I even accidentally wrote a haiku about it), so I don’t have much time to work on side stories. When I do work on any side stories, they’re mostly short scenes with a couple characters I can’t get out of my head.

So, to put something original on here, would anyone like it if I posted some of these random short scenes that I’ve written when I can’t stand to have them in my head anymore?

I am a beastly writer.

The final wordcount for today is 6,499.

I wrote a LOT.

I only have to write another 225 words over the next three days and I’ll still have a wordcount that’s above average; 2,000 words per day.

My wordcount is 31,775.

I am a BEAST.

(sorry, I just felt like bragging)

In ten minutes I’m going to stand in line for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2. I’m pretty excited. Today has been a good day.

Well, mostly. Damn emotions.

I turned my head, and Dorian saw, smiling a little. “Oh, you know. I like my women like I like my coffee. Cold and bitter.”

I was about to stick my tongue out at him, but stopped myself when a brilliant response popped up in my mind. “Well I like my men like I like my coffee,” I said, the attention turning to me. I didn’t explain yet.

“Hot and steaming?” Dorian suggested.

“No,” I retorted before the student could react. “Ground up and in the freezer.”

The student, a skinny boy with a helmet of blond hair, laughed. “Dude! That was awesome!”

Camp NaNoWriMo

So my wordcount as of now is 14,999.

I don’t have to write for three days and I’ll still be caught up.

Sometimes I love myself.
